MEET BLAME APHRODITE

Ravi Surdhar

Guitar

Ravi Surdhar grew up playing the piano and various instruments in band class, but first picked up an electric guitar in high school and immediately fell in love. He's been involved with various rock cover bands over the years, playing a variety of styles from pop punk to metal to classic rock.

He grew up in Boulder, Colorado, but has called Seattle home since 2021. When he's not playing guitar, you can find him climbing, skiing, and designing satellites for SpaceX.

Patrick Boudreaux

Drums & Backing Vocals

Patrick Boudreaux is a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, performing with various original, cover and tribute projects, including his own forthcoming original project.

He got his start in music in the 1980’s on the drum set, and quickly branched out to other instruments. He was involved in a variety of independent rock projects since the 1990’s, in original and cover bands in supporting roles such as drums, backing vocals, arrangement, and production, as well as performing solo.

As a South Louisiana transplant who grew up in Georgia, Patrick relocated to Seattle in 2016 and has enjoyed getting involved in the Seattle music community.

Jeff Morgenroth

Bass

Jeff Morgenroth is a Seattle-area native and new musician who got bored merely "air bassing" along to his favorites and finally decided to pick up an instrument for real in 2022. In fact, this is his first musical project since high school jazz band!

Maekenna Shaye

Lead vocals

Maekenna Shaye is a vocalist and songwriter. She grew up timidly singing in school productions and in her local church's youth band. However, it wasn't until her early 20's where she really discovered her voice and overcame stage fright thanks to karaoke.

She answered the call to embrace her "hidden" talent by taking vocal lessons and performing shows with School of Rock Lynnwood. She has since "dropped out" to focus on Blame Aphrodite and her original band, Quietly Quitting.

Maekenna was born and raised in Southern California and relocated to Washington in 2016. While she loves music, she is also a dog mom of 2 and an avid fan of horror flicks, comic books, and sports.
